When anyone mentions A Plus HVAC the only word that comes to mind is "OUTSTANDING!" Nate was very frank, honest, and totally upfront when we met initially for information and scheduling. The crew that came to install the furnace and air conditioning unit worked diligently and professionally. They were disciplined, wasted no time, and showed every consideration for the comfort and convenience for my wife and I. Clearly, good customer service extends from the owner right down to the line worker. Upon completion, the work area was left exceptionally clean and tidy.
I would also mention that we were fully informed by Nate about the rebates that were currently in effect, and how to submit the paperwork necessary to obtain them. Everything that Nate told us would happen was accurate. He was as good as his word and we encountered no unpleasant surprises. Honest Company.
I was in a tight spot, one company shut down my heating system. Nate came right away tested the system, got me heat for a couple of days. He came in with a very competitive price and installed the unit quickly. Some companies will try to take advantage of the situation, not Nate honest reliable knowledgeable and priced right. Include these guys in your quotes.

Service was most definitely "A Plus." I brought a small job over expecting the turn around time to be within a couple days. I caught the owner on his way out of the building. I told Nathan I was just dropping off some parts. Instead, he took the parts inside and completed the job right in front of me. I was stunned. I work for Millrite Machine. I returned with finished parts and they too were shocked. We will most definitely continue our business with A Plus!

What a difference! You could have named your company "Air Wizard" because of the superb and professional job you did to make our central air system work properly. Now, on days when the outside temperature is above 80 degrees, the system cools the house to 74 or 73 degrees (our typical summer settings) and cycles on and off similar to our heating system. It also runs quieter with the new filters you installed.
We are impressed with the professional look of your truck and of you and your associates. Nice shirts and logo design! The clean up was excellent as well. When I came home from work and walked in the door, I could only tell that you had been here because of the cool house and a few particles of attic insulation on the garage floor.
The extra return, insulating both returns and the two replacement vents in the sun room seemed to have made all the difference. We can only wish that the original installer was as knowledgeable, courteous, fair and professional as you and your crew.
