Upon the purchase of a new property, please contact A PLUS HVAC INC., so that we can personally meet to discuss the "Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement" with home owner.
. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The benefits of a regular air conditioning and heating preventive maintenance schedule can give you tangible returns of added life to the unit and lower energy and repair bills. Air Conditioning and Heating Units need regular preventive maintenance to keep it running at optimum levels throughout its life. For example, dirty condenser coils cause the compressor to run harder, and pull more amps. More amps equates to higher electric bills. Dirty condenser coils make your compressor work harder and will eventually cause premature failure of that compressor. The result ends in paying a higher electric bill and paying to replace the compressor sooner rather than later. The benefits out way neglecting your air conditioning and heating system by not carrying out regular air conditioning and heating preventive maintenance. Scheduled monthly filter changes, is essential HVAC Maintenance.
The HVAC filter is one of the most crucial components of a forced-air heating and air-conditioning system. Without a filter, dust would be blown all over the house, thwarting your cleaning efforts and spoiling indoor air quality. A neglected filter will clog with dust and debris, restricting airflow and reducing energy efficiency.
Failure to follow the information above will result in the unit to stop working.
EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS
Upon installing and / or repair, replacement of Air Conditioning and/or Heating unit in your home, a representative from A PLUS HVAC INC., will educate you on the Do’s and Don’ts of the unit. Should the need for service arise and A PLUS HVAC INC. is called, upon arrival at service call, a representative will perform a complete evaluation of your Air Conditioning and/or Heating unit to justify the cast of the problem. If it is found that your unit is down due to failure to maintain the unit, A PLUS HVAC INC. will bill you for parts and service for failure of properly maintaining your Air Conditioning and Heating unit.
Home owner hereby acknowledges that failure to adhere to the above Comprehensive Maintenance Disclaimer Terms and Conditions Agreement will result in A PLUS HVAC INC. invoicing you for any parts, products, equipment and services provided outside of your agreement investment plan.
